Gaosi Raditholo, a native of Botswana, is making waves in the showbiz industry. She is an actress, writer, content producer, and director. Despite her rising fame, she has managed to keep her personal details, including her age, private. However, it is believed that she is in her 20s.
Early Life and Education
Born and raised in Botswana, Gaosi moved to South Africa at the age of 13. After completing high school, she pursued her passion for the arts by studying painting and acting at Abbotts College in Cape Town. She furthered her education at Wits, where she studied drama. Gaosi also holds a Masters in Filmmaking from the University of Witwatersrand.

Career Highlights
Gaosi has showcased her acting skills in numerous television shows and soapies. She has worked alongside famous personalities in the entertainment industry, including Zandile Msutwana, Connie Ferguson, Khayakazi Kula, Shona Ferguson, Themba Ndaba, and Marah Louw. Her roles often depict a young rebel teenager, a character that viewers love to hate.
One of her notable roles is in Mzansi Magic’s ‘The Queen’, where she plays a young teenager who witnesses her father murdering her mother and is then sent to live with her abusive relatives. Taking on this role was not easy for Gaosi, but she tapped into her past experiences to connect with the character.
Inspirations and Future Aspirations
Gaosi draws inspiration from Pamela Nomvete from the series ‘Generations’, whose acting skills she finds phenomenal. She dreams big and hopes to release her short films soon. In addition to acting, Gaosi has also worked as a drama/performance facilitator for the Dreams Alive Charity project in Botswana in 2015. The program aimed to develop young girls in underprivileged communities by using drama as a tool for growth and awareness.
Departure from ‘Muvhango’ and Recent Works
Gaosi left ‘Muvhango’ in 2019 due to unpaid dues, which led to the cast and crew shutting down the production of the show. Despite this setback, she continued to thrive in her career. Her recent works include roles in ‘The Hot Zone’, ‘Shadow’, ‘Warrior’, and ‘Vagrant Queen’. She is also part of a post-production TV movie, ‘A Royal Surprise’.
